What it Does

Custom Links (Account)

Allows user to add and remove custom links in Account Navigation, User Navigation, and Course Navigation from the account settings page.

Additional Considerations

Custom Links (Account)

Users can still rearrange custom links without this permission.

To access account settings, Account-level settings - manage must also be enabled.

Feature Flag

This permission requires the Custom Links feature flag to be enabled.
